RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer refunds for change of mind — but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ve got you.
You have 14 days from delivery to email us at enquiries@conprest.com. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the product.
If approved, we’ll refund you in full to your original payment method.
