  • Are your hats one size fits all?
    Yes! All our hats are adjustable and designed to fit most head types comfortably.
  • Where do we deliver to?
    Although we are based in the UK, we ship internationally! - The delivery fee may vary depending on where you are.
  • Can i get a refund?
    We only offer refunds if there’s a genuine issue with your order, such as a damaged or faulty product. If that happens, you have 14 days from delivery to contact us at enquiries@conprest.com. Please include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the damage. If approved, we’ll issue a full refund.
  • What is the conprest fund? and how can i apply?
    10% of every order goes into our fund — created to help real people take their first step toward something big. Whether it’s a camera, some stock, or just belief, we back those chasing something. Send us a short video on Instagram or Facebook telling us who you are, what you do, and how we could help.
  • What is CONPREST?
    CONPREST is a UK-based cap brand built on confidence. Every hat is designed to help you walk taller, think bigger, and move like you mean it.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Please allow up to 1 week for delivery; it may be shorter depending on the size of your order and where you are. If you haven't received anything within 1 week of your order date, do not hesitate to contact us so we can track down your order. Please include your order number and how long you have been waiting. enquiries@conprest.com
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
